Agreement to Terms

By submitting a deposit payment to Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.

​

Payment of the deposit serves as a legally binding agreement between the Client and Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC and confirms acceptance of all policies, pricing, and service terms. No physical signature is required.

​

Services

Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC provides balloon décor and event styling services, including, but not limited to:

• Balloon arches, garlands, and custom installations

• Backdrops, props, and event décor

• Setup and breakdown services

All services will be delivered as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

• Your event is not booked or confirmed until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date prior to setup completion.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, or other approved methods.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit.

Additional Fees

The Client agrees to pay for any additional costs including:

• Last-minute changes or additions

• Travel beyond 1 hour from Columbia, SC ($0.70 per mile round trip)

​

Venue Access & Setup Requirements

• Client must provide access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to event start time.

• A minimum of 2 hours is required for breakdown.

• Setup and breakdown apply only to items provided by Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC.

Delays caused by the Client or venue may affect the final outcome and do not warrant refunds.

Rental & Equipment Policy

All décor, equipment, and materials remain the property of Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC.

The Client agrees:

• Not to move, dismantle, or alter any setup

• To ensure all items are protected from damage, theft, or misuse

The Client is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

 

Weather & Outdoor Events

Outdoor décor is subject to environmental conditions including heat, wind, and rain.

• The Company reserves the right to adjust designs for safety and quality

• The lifespan of outdoor balloons is not guaranteed

• If weather prevents setup, rescheduling will be offered based on availability

Refunds will not include the non-refundable deposit or expenses already incurred.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

 

Payment Policies:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations within 14 days require full payment

• No refunds once full payment has been made

Exclusivity

The Client agrees not to hire any other balloon décor provider for the same event without written consent.

Violation of this policy may result in termination of services without refund.

Safety & Liability

Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety; however:

• The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during or after setup

• The Client assumes responsibility if décor is moved or altered by unauthorized individuals

 

Photography Release

Ms. Connie’s Balloons LLC reserves the right to photograph completed work and use images for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Portfolio

No compensation will be provided.

Changes to Services

All changes must be requested in writing and approved in advance.

No changes may be made once setup has begun.

No Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Final Acknowledgement

By submitting a deposit, the Client:

• Confirms they have reviewed these Terms & Conditions

• Agrees to all policies outlined above

• Understands that this agreement is binding and enforceable
